In addition to athletic disciplines focusing on competition, HIF also offers a sports option for less ambitious students who take joy in exercise, fitness and a healthy balance between school and sports. This program features several training units (fitness, coordination and strength) each school week.
In order to use sysnergies, boarding and day students, and well as day students attending another regional school, train together in areas where it makes sense. Students attending competitive programs also train with students of the allround program, again, where a joint training program makes sense.
The training schedule is individually prepared and developed according to the needs of each student, and includes the possibility to train in smaller or larger groups. On schooldays, training unities take place on a daily basis and are coordinated with the classroom schedule.
