Nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps, Hochalpines Institut Ftan (HIF) is more than a school – it’s an experience. Students at HIF are empowered to forge their own future, by choosing either the bilingual Swiss Matura or the International Advanced Diploma as their pathway – both with the option to add top-level athletic training through our own Sports Academy.

Thanks to our spectacular Alpine location, we are uniquely positioned to offer a huge range of sports, from alpine and cross-country skiing in winter to mountain biking and white water rafting in summer. For students who want sports to be more than just a hobby on the side, our very own Sports Academy offers top-notch athletic training, catered to fit the schedules of any of our educational programmes.
