Sports Academy

Active by Nature

At HIF, sport is more than competition – it’s a way of learning, growing, and thriving. Our campus in the heart of the Engadin Alps gives young athletes the chance to train at the highest level while developing the resilience, balance, and self-awareness they need for life.

We believe that psychological safety and wellbeing is a winning strategy. All HIF students benefit from a holistic approach to physical education that combines movement, wellbeing, nutrition and  healthy lifestyle habits. Outdoor activities, adventure learning and the natural environment of the Engadin encourage students to stay active throughout the year.

Our unique approach within the Sports Academy has produced more than 25 Youth Olympic Games participations and 28 Winter Olympic appearances – but it has also shaped confident, grounded young people ready for the future.

What we offer

Sports & Athletic Development
