The structure of our daily routine is clearly laid out, improving work morale and encouraging a rhythm of productive regularity. Students are imparted with important values such as punctuality, good behaviour and taking responsibility for oneself and one’s actions.
Sensible and clear rules, which are enforced fairly, understandingly and consistently, encourage thoughtfulness and discipline. Throughout the course of their school career at HIF Swiss International School, students are gradually given more responsibility but are also simultaneously awarded more freedom to autonomously organise their day and personal habits.
